What We Measure
Walking distance to MTR stations, bus stops, minibus stops, and ferry piers. We count unique routes — not just stop count — because a stop served by 15 routes is more useful than 3 stops with 1 route each.
We weight unique routes, not stop count. A building next to one bus stop serving 15 cross-harbour routes scores higher than one near 3 stops with overlapping local routes.
